I have done ‘PhD’ in Business Management (Healthcare Leadership), ‘MPhil’ in Management Sciences, ‘MBA’ in Health & Hospital Management, ‘Doctor of Medicine’ (MBBS/MD) and Post-Doctorate from Michigan State University, USA. Currently I am serving as Professor and Dean, Management Sciences, Director IBHM, Chairperson, Pharmaceutical and Telehealth Management and Program Director, E-Doctor Project at Dow University of Health Sciences. Also associated with Michigan State University remotely as Clinical Assistant Professor in college of Osteopathic Medicine plus serving as Member of the Editorial Board of INNOVAPATH™ (Journal of Translational Medicine & Biotechnology) USA. I have above 32 years of experience in the health industry serving diverse roles. Worked as the Director Clinical Operations (DCO) in Wellvana Health, Michigan, looking after the field operations for building a sustainable network of primary care physicians, specialists, and ancillary providers participating in value-based care agreements related to, DCE and Medicare Advantage leading to improvement in quality outcomes and clinical operations through reviewing, coding & claims, utilization and clinical data from contracts, supporting physicians and patients in the complex healthcare environment. Also served as Clinical Program Manager, leading the clinical spectrum of "Population Health Management", through Value Based Care Program and its verticals for Prime Group in the Arizona market. As a General Physician have been an OBGYN practitioner in Tertiary Care Public & Private Hospitals, also in its strategic planning for clinical operations and staff training. In pharmaceutical sector I was responsible for conducting intellectual development initiatives for physicians through TV programs and large scale CME events conducted in the industry. Also honored as HEC and DUHS approved PhD supervisor. Earlier, also served as Director Media & Marketing and later Director Programs for the development of the Health Management Institute at DUHS. Served as certified corporate trainer designing and conducting training programs for primary care physicians, and healthcare professionals in pharmaceutical companies. I have 29 research publications and more than 50 Masters' Thesis Supervisions to my intellectual credit and have been presenting my authored/co-authored research papers at international conferences conducted in Japan, USA, Italy, France, India and Australia etc. I have the honors of getting “The Best University Teacher Award” also in 2020 at my previous employer university.

• The responsibilities were to build and operate a sustainable network of primary care providers, specialists, and ancillary providers. In addition, this role covered:
• Supervising the Field Operations Teams, serving as point of contact for network practices primary care providers participating in Wellvana’s value-based care agreements, (related to DCE, Medicare Advantage and ACOs) to identify patients with rising risk conditions. This was important for quality outcomes in clinical operations and for identification of opportunities and issues in value-based initiatives.
• Educating and training the team to review marketing/promotional material, HIPAA compliance standards in all operations, coding, claims, utilization, clinical and quality data from contracts to improve the network practices.
Clinical Program Manager Prime Arizona Holdings LLC (later merged in Wellvana Health) 2021–2022
• Prime Arizona Holdings was an Accountability Care organization, (ACO) where the responsibilities included leading the clinical spectrum of Population Health Management for Prime Group in the Arizona market and introducing the significance of the Value Based Care Program and its verticals with end to end process operationalization for ACO RAF and Preventive Care Quality improvement through liaising with providers of Kingman and Lake Havasu.
• Additional tasks were, marketing of ACO services including Care Management programs such as Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Transitional Care Management (TCM). • Submitted a grant from VCSFI (Vice Chancellor Seed Funding Initiative) for a proposal on Generative AI Tool for Hematology by DUHS.
• Unitaid Proposal in February 2025: Led the submission of a proposal to Unitaid as part of the Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG, USA) platform, focusing on improving health outcomes.
• Submitted two NRPU Grant proposals in February 2025, one focusing on mobile app development for maternal anemia prevention and the other on developing an integrated rehabilitation model for biomass-induced COPD among neglected women.
• Spencer Vision Grants: Submitted a proposal to Spencer Vision Grants, exploring the integration of AI-driven technologies in middle and high schools to address rural-urban digital divides.
Her collaborations and expertise include:
• WHO and UNICEF: Contributed to the development of a proposal for the Early Initiation of Breast Feeding (EIBF) project, part of the Baby Friendly Health Initiative (BFHI).
