About me

My name is Dr. Aya Mostafa Matloob is a researcher in the Catalysis Laboratory, Refining Department at the Egyptian Petroleum Research Institute (EPRI), Cairo, Egypt. I received her PhD in Organic Chemistry from Ain Shams University, where her research focused on the development of metal–organic framework/graphene nanocomposites for desulfurization applications. my current research interests include catalyst design, green hydrogen production via alkaline water electrolysis, nanomaterials for energy and environmental applications, and sustainable refining technologies. Dr. Matloob has published in several high-impact journals and has presented my work at national and international conferences. I also contributes to postgraduate supervision, scientific training, and interdisciplinary research initiatives within the fields of catalysis and green chemistry.
