Formerly Environmental Analyst at Eco-Care Instruments Pvt. Ltd. (June 2017–May 2019), focusing on water/soil physicochemical analysis and report writing.​

Education
She earned her Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences from Graphic Era Deemed to be University in April 2024, focusing on the allelopathic effects of Callistemon viminalis and Murraya koenigii extracts for crop germination and weed suppression. Her earlier degrees include an M.Sc. in Environmental Sciences (2017) and B.Sc. in Biology (2015) from MJPRU, plus a Diploma in Nutrition and Health Education from IGNOU.​

Professional Experience
Prior to academia, she worked as an Environmental Analyst at Eco-Care Instruments Pvt. Ltd. (2017-2019), conducting physicochemical analyses of water and soil samples.​

Key Achievements
Vashishth received the Best Ph.D. Thesis Award 2025 from Plantica and the Young Researcher Award 2021 from the Institute of Scholars. She holds lifetime memberships in professional organizations like Vigyan Bharti and serves as a reviewer for journals such as Scientific Reports and South African Journal of Botany. Her contributions include patents, book chapters, and over 20 peer-reviewed publications on topics like allelopathy, nanoparticles, and environmental pollution impacts.
