About me

Sociologist and university lecturer from Ecuador, specialized in Development and holding a Master’s degree in Socio-Environmental Studies. My work focuses on social research, gender, human rights, education, and socio-environmental issues. I have experience in academic teaching, applied research, technical reporting, and institutional coordination, with a strong interest in critical knowledge production and social transformation

I am an Ecuadorian sociologist, university lecturer, and researcher specialized in Development, with a Master’s degree in Socio-Environmental Studies. My professional and academic work has focused on applied social research, the analysis of inequalities, public policy, gender, human rights, and socio-environmental issues. I have experience in higher education, research coordination, technical writing, and the systematization of qualitative and institutional information.

Throughout my career, I have worked in universities and public institutions in roles related to teaching, research, quality assurance, and institutional analysis. I have also participated in research projects on gender-based violence, border dynamics, social policy, and socio-environmental problems. My academic interests include sociology, development, education, critical social theory, and interdisciplinary approaches to environmental and social justice.

I am currently involved in teaching, research, and social initiatives that promote inclusion, gender equity, and community-based transformation. I am interested in joining international networks of women in science to strengthen collaboration, exchange knowledge, and contribute to research committed to social change.
