She holds a Master’s degree with distinction (Red Diploma) and was a state scholarship holder throughout her entire Bachelor’s degree in recognition of continuous academic excellence.
Her interest in scientific research began during her undergraduate studies, when she authored her first academic paper in her first year; this work was later published in a scientific book. During her Master’s studies, she became an Erasmus+ scholarship recipient, gaining valuable international academic experience and expanding her professional and research perspective.

She has also undertaken multiple clinical internships within sports clinics and professional teams, strengthening her expertise in athlete assessment, rehabilitation planning, load monitoring, and return-to-play management.
Professionally, she has worked as a physiotherapist in a sports clinic and served as a VALD technology administrator, conducting neuromuscular testing and performance diagnostics. She has been a staff member of a Sports Medicine Association and completed a paid internship programme at the Georgian State Teaching University of Physical Education and Sport, working within the Department of International Relations as an International Relations Specialist. In this role, she was involved in academic coordination, international programme support, and institutional collaboration activities.
She currently serves as the team physician and rehabilitation specialist for the Georgian National Weightlifting Team, where she is responsible for injury management, rehabilitation programming, performance monitoring, and athlete health optimisation within a high-performance environment.
Her Master’s thesis, titled “The Importance of Eccentric Testing Using VALD Technology in the Early Prevention of Hamstring (Biceps Femoris) Injuries in Athletes Aged 18–25,” examined the biomechanical and neuromuscular determinants of hamstring injury risk. The research focused on eccentric force production, inter-limb asymmetry, and the applied use of modern performance technologies in early injury prevention, contributing to evidence-based screening and return-to-play strategies in competitive sport.
