My name is Chaltienne GATIMAKEZA, I am 29 years old, and I am Burundian. I hold a Master's degree in Mathematical Sciences from the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences (AIMS) in Senegal. I am about to obtain a second Master's degree in Probability and Statistics from the University of Burundi, following a Bachelor's degree in Probability and Statistics from the same university. I completed a professional internship at the Medical Research Council Hospital in The Gambia. I won a prize in the Young Africans competition during Data Science Awareness Month. Currently, I am a teaching researcher at the University of Burundi.
