About me
Humaira Saeed is a registered pharmacist with an MS in Pharmacy Practice from COMSATS University Abbottabad. She has extensive teaching experience at Hazara University and other institutions, specializing in anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology. Her work includes international research publications, authorship of an anatomy sketchbook, and active membership in OWSD. She is committed to advancing pharmacy education and promoting public health awareness in Pakistan.
Humaira Saeed is a highly accomplished academic and registered pharmacist (Category A) from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. She holds an MS in Pharmacy Practice with a specialization in Clinical and Social Administrative Pharmacy from COMSATS University Abbottabad, where she achieved outstanding academic performance throughout her studies.
With more than seven years of diverse teaching and administrative experience, Humaira is currently serving as a visiting lecturer and Academic Coordinator at Hazara University, Mansehra. Previously, she worked as a full-time lecturer at the Frontier Institute of Modern Sciences (FIMS) Mansehra and as vice principal at The Scholars School System. Her teaching portfolio includes core subjects such as anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, organic chemistry, microbiology, and medical ethics, reflecting her broad expertise in both pharmacy and allied health sciences.
Humaira’s research interests lie in social and clinical pharmacy, public health, and pharmacovigilance. She has contributed several research articles and abstracts published in reputable international journals, including Value in Health and Anti-Infective Agents. Her academic contributions also extend to authorship—she is the author of “Exploring the Human Form: Anatomy Sketch Book – I,” designed for undergraduate medical and pharmacy students, published by London Books Publisher in 2023.
Beyond teaching and research, Humaira actively participates in academic development programs and professional workshops on clinical pharmacy, research methodologies, conflict management, and education quality enhancement. She has attended national and international seminars led by distinguished scholars from the UK, New Zealand, and Thailand.
Her dedication to professional growth and community service is further reflected in her long-term membership with the Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World (OWSD). Recognized for her consistent academic excellence, she earned NTS scholarships during her Pharm-D studies and secured top categories in her postgraduate program.
