Ph.D. Candidate at the University of Buenos Aires UBA, LLM Master in International Law at the University of Glasgow, United Kingdom, 2019 and 2023 graduate of the Hague Academy of International Law, The Hague, The Netherlands, Fellow of the United Nations International Law Program 2023 and attorney at the Universidad de San Buenaventura, Cali, Colombia. Her expertise includes international law, human rights, international politics, and critical peace studies.

Professor at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador (PUCE), a visiting professor in ITESO and Ibero Puebla, Mexico, a consultant in international law and human rights, Dean for the Degree in International Relations at PUCE between 2015 and 2019, and a collaborating member abroad of the Commission for the Clarification of the Truth of Colombia and currently part of the Support Group for the Legacy of Peace. Evaluator of the Council for Quality Assurance in Higher Education in Ecuador, expert for validating public international law and human rights standards in the Attorney General's Office of Ecuador.

Member of the Board Committee of the Colombia Potencia de la Vida, from which she coordinates actions related to memory, pedagogy, and knowledge production with the Colombian diaspora in the Latin American region.

Member of regional research groups. She is the Leader of the Latin America Diaspora Node for the Organization of Women in Science for the Developing World (OWSD) of UNESCO from the Colombia National Chapter, an active member of the Colombian Network of International Relations (REDINTERCOL), a member of the Expert Group of the International Science Council (ISC) and Secretary General of the Network of Political Science and International Relations (CIPRI) 2022-2024.
