About me
My career reflects an intentional path across agriculture, food science, and nutrition, spanning the complete food system from production to consumption. I am committed to conducting research and working at the intersection of production, processing, and consumption of foods to address diet-related diseases and advance the food-is-medicine initiatives. My goal is to translate scientific evidence, ensuring that research does not remain in academic journals but instead informs programs that create lasting health impact.
