Dr. Lady Mireille Razafindranaivo
About me
I am an associate professor specializing in geophysics. I obtained my PhD in June 2016, following my "Diplôme d'Etudes Approfondies DEA" and " Maîtrise es Sciences" in Geophysics from University of Antananarivo.
My research focuses primarily on the Earth's magnetic field and physical phenomena connected to it. Specifically, I explore topics such as space weather, geomagnetism, airborne geophysics, geodynamics, paleomagnetism, electromagnetism, with a particular emphasis on the tropical regions (Madagascar and Africa).
I'm deeply engaged in both the fundamental theoretical aspects of these subjects and pratical application of geophysical survey missions. This dual approach allows me to contribute to advancing scientific understanding while supporting meaningful field-based exploration and data acquisition.
I look forward to sharing insights from my work and discussing potential collaborations in these areas.
