About me

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the National University of Colombia, as well as postgraduate specializations in Human Resources Management and in Occupational Risk Management, Occupational Health and Safety. I am currently a Master’s student in Labor Studies and Industrial Relations.

I have professional experience in human resource management, occupational health and safety, and labor risk management across diverse organizational settings, which has contributed to the development of a solid analytical and critical approach to issues related to work, employment relations, and workplace well-being.

My academic training and professional background provide a strong foundation for the careful and objective evaluation of scientific manuscripts, particularly those focused on human talent management, occupational health and safety, and labor-related studies.
