About me

Miapeh Kous Gonlepa is a PhD student in Management Science and Engineering at the University of Science and Technology of China and a researcher with a Master’s degree in Public Administration. Her work focuses on organizational behavior, employee creativity, public administration, and data-driven decision-making. She has published in international peer-reviewed journals and contributes to policy and public discourse through research and media engagement, with a strong interest in strengthening institutions and human capital development in developing countries.

Miapeh Kous Gonlepa is a PhD student in Management Science and Engineering at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), where her research integrates management science, organizational behavior, and data-driven approaches to address real-world challenges in organizational performance, public administration, and policy design. She holds a Master of Science degree in Public Administration from USTC and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Cuttington University, Liberia.

Her academic and professional background reflects a strong commitment to addressing societal and institutional challenges, particularly in developing-country contexts. Her research interests span organizational behavior, employee creativity, work engagement, social media dynamics, public sector management, and governance. Through empirical and interdisciplinary research, she seeks to generate evidence-based insights that inform policy, improve organizational effectiveness, and support sustainable social and economic development.

Miapeh has published several articles in reputable international peer-reviewed journals, including Frontiers in Psychology, SAGE Open, Acta Psychologica, Health Policy and Technology, and Online Information Review. Her work has examined topics such as employee creativity, technology use during crises, public engagement, and health-related behavioral responses. She has also contributed to public scholarship through published opinion and policy-focused articles in Liberian media outlets.

In addition to her academic work, she has research experience as a doctoral researcher at USTC and professional experience in administration and business development in Liberia. She is a recipient of the Chinese Government Scholarship and possesses strong skills in research methodology, statistical analysis, database management, academic writing, and data visualization.

Through her scholarship and engagement, Miapeh aims to contribute to capacity building, institutional strengthening, and inclusive development, while actively participating in global scientific networks that support women in science and leadership.
