Radwa A. El-Salamony has completed her Ph.D. from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt. She is a professor in applied physical chemistry and the head manager of the Reactor Engineering and Operations lab in the Process Design and Development Department at the Egyptian Petroleum Research Institute (EPRI). She has published more than 88 papers in reputable journals, 5 chapters, supervised 12 MSc and Ph.D. theses, acted as an editor and reviewer in 127 international journals, participated in 56 workshops and international conferences, has 2 accepted patents, and acted as a research member in 5 projects.

She has published more than 88 papers in reputable journals, 5 chapters, supervised 12 MSc and Ph.D. theses, acted as an editor and reviewer in 127 international journals, participated in 56 workshops and international conferences, has 2 accepted patents, and acted as a research member in 5 projects. ➢ She has an experience in natural gas reforming reactions, designing fixed bed flow reactors, preparation and characterizations of nanomaterial especially metal oxide, and its application in the production of renewable fuels like hydrogen and methane through steam reforming of ethanol, dry reforming of methane, and CO2- hydrogenation techniques, also she has a wide experience in the operation of online Quantitative Gas Analyzer (QGA, HIDEN) in gaseous reactions, she can detect any separate Natural gas components. According to her experience in MSc. (She is a pioneer in that field.) ➢ Modification of many nano-catalytic composite systems based on agricultural waste like RSA and SCB to produce activated carbon (AC), carbon dot (CD), and nano-silica (SiO2), and used in the removal of dye, phenol compounds, and heavy metals from wastewater (Removal Waste by Waste). ➢ Produce syngas (H2+CO) and methane (CH4) from biomass using the pyrolysis and gasification process. ➢ Preparation and characterization of Catalytic-Nanofluids and application in wastewater treatment. (She is a pioneer in that field.) ➢ Preparation and characterization of Green Synthesis nanoparticles like CeO2, MgO, ZnO, Co2O3, Al2O3, and CaO, and their application in wastewater treatment and antimicrobial applications. ➢ Wastewater treatment has been in progress as one of the tasks of her job, using batch reactors and photocatalysis techniques.
