Biomedical Engineer from Universidad del Valle (Univalle), Bolivia, focuses on applying artificial intelligence to healthcare, including systems for neurodivergent individuals and neurodegenerative diseases. Research includes designing innovative solutions that integrate technology and neuroscience to improve cognitive development and quality of life, with two scientific publications: one on orthopedic applications of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and another on an AI-based diagnostic platform for Alzheimer’s disease using MRI. Winner of Falling Walls Lab Bolivia and representative of Bolivia in Germany, Brazil, and Argentina. Active in student scientific societies, serving as President of the Univalle Biomedical Engineering Student Scientific Society and Web Master of the IEEE Bolivia Section, and member of various IEEE societies and affinity groups, including IEEE Young Professionals. Experienced in mentoring and community engagement, leading STEM workshops for children and promoting opportunities for young professionals in technology and science.
