About me

I am a PhD candidate in a dual PhD between the University of Padova (Italy) and INRAE (French National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and Environment, France), specializing in sustainable livestock and agrifood systems. My research integrates microbiome science, precision livestock farming, and data-driven approaches to improve animal health, productivity, and environmental sustainability. I am passionate about advancing climate-smart agriculture, promoting innovation in food systems, and contributing to international efforts that strengthen food security and sustainable development.

I am an early-career researcher committed to advancing science that addresses global challenges in food systems, sustainability, and public well-being. Throughout my academic journey, I have pursued opportunities that combine scientific excellence with international collaboration, receiving competitive scholarships, research awards, and recognition for my work. Beyond research, I am passionate about communicating science to diverse audiences, translating complex findings into practical knowledge, and fostering dialogue between researchers, stakeholders, and society. I aspire to contribute to evidence-based policies and innovative solutions that strengthen resilient agrifood systems while promoting greater equity, collaboration, and opportunities for future generations of scientists, particularly women in developing countries.
