Ms Rugia Amin
About me
A dedicated Medical Physicist with an M.Sc. and a strong foundation in healthcare quality standards. After a career break necessitated by regional conflict, I am now focused on reskilling and returning to technical research to contribute my expertise to the global scientific community.
I hold a Master’s degree in Medical Physics, where my research focused on advanced physics applications within clinical settings. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have developed a deep interest in radiation physics, data analysis, and healthcare quality management.
Despite facing significant challenges due to the conflict in Sudan and limited local research infrastructure, I have maintained my passion for science. My professional experience in healthcare quality and administrative support has equipped me with a meticulous eye for detail and a strong understanding of international standards.
Currently based in the UAE, I am actively seeking a fellowship or research opportunity that allows me to bridge the gap in my technical career. My goal is to leverage my past academic rigor and professional resilience to excel in a modern research environment.
