About me
I am a psychologist, Associate Researcher recognized by MinCiencias (2024), and university professor with over 12 years of experience in higher education. My work focuses on quantitative methodologies, psychometrics, evaluation and monitoring, mental health, emotional well-being, and technological innovation in psychology and education. I am especially interested in connecting rigorous research with practical, evidence-based solutions that generate meaningful impact in academic, clinical, and applied settings.

Throughout my career, I have combined teaching, research, curriculum development, methodological and psychometric consulting, and project design and monitoring. I hold degrees in Psychology, Clinical and Health Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy, and a Master’s degree in Psychology, which have allowed me to build a strong interdisciplinary perspective across academic, clinical, and applied settings.
I currently work at the intersection of research, mental health, educational innovation, and data-informed decision-making. My experience includes the design and validation of assessment tools, the development of technology-based solutions for psychological and educational contexts, and the implementation of evaluation and monitoring systems to support evidence-based practice.
I have also led and contributed to projects involving user experience design, virtual learning resources, gamification, augmented reality, and machine learning applications in mental health. My professional path has included academic and leadership roles in higher education institutions as well as applied work in organizations focused on well-being, socioemotional development, and innovation.
I am particularly interested in creating meaningful connections between rigorous research, technological development, and real-world impact.
