Saima has a background in chemical engineering, and has spent the past 18 years building expertise in mining, strategic advisory, health technology, digital product development, AI and advanced analytics. Her passion is in the healthcare space, where she uses design thinking, AI and advanced analytics, to conceptualise, design and build products that support players in the healthcare space to better serve their clients. She has led multiple projects that determine and compare healthcare cost and clinical outcomes of different drugs and medical technologies. Some of this work is currently in the process of academic publication, where she is a named author.
