About me
I’m an agricultural researcher with over a decade of experience as scientist at the Nepal Agricultural Research Council (NARC) and a PhD from The University of Queensland (UQ), Australia, supported by the ACIAR John Allwright Fellowship. My focus is on sustainable crop production, soil fertility, and nutrient management—key issues in the shift toward low-emission, climate-resilient agriculture. Most of my research focus on conservation agriculture and nitrogen use efficiency in grain-based agriculture systems. Using stable isotope techniques, I’ve tracked fertilizer nitrogen and legume nitrogen pathways in soil-plant systems to improve productivity and reduce emissions.
