Public Health Doctor with over 10 years of experience in humanitarian health, community-based programs, and emergency response, including senior leadership roles within the Red Cross Movement (Pakistan Red Crescent, IFRC, Norwegian Red Cross). Extensive expertise in community engagement, mobile health services, immunization, malaria prevention, WASH, psychosocial support, and donor-funded project implementation. Strong background in stakeholder coordination, monitoring & evaluation, and program reporting.
