About me

During my academic career, I studied for a bachelor’s degree in public accounting and finance (UNAH) and master's degrees in finance (UNITEC), applied economics (University of the Balearic Islands, UIB, Spain), and international cooperation and development (University of Cantabria, UNICAN, Spain). I also hold a University Expert degree in Knowledge and Technology Transfer (UIB). My highest academic qualification is a PhD in Tourism from the UIB and the University of Girona. I have managed and coordinated activities with projects and institutions, both national and international, as part of multidisciplinary teams, in areas directly related to environmental management, sustainable development, and climate change. My responsibilities included supervising, monitoring, and systematizing the activities of interventions and the effects and impacts of programs/projects, with a Results-Based Management (RBM) approach.
