About me

am an Assistant Professor of Physics at Assiut University, Egypt, currently based in the United Arab Emirates. I hold a Ph.D. in solid-state physics with research expertise in metal oxides for solar cells. My research focuses on materials science, nanocomposites, solar energy, sensors, and photocatalysis, with 20 Scopus-indexed publications, three book chapters, and over 1,200 citations. I also have extensive experience teaching undergraduate and postgraduate physics courses.

I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics, Faculty of Science, at Assiut University, Egypt, and I am presently residing in the United Arab Emirates.

I hold a B.Sc. in Physics (2006) and an M.Sc. in Solid-State Physics (2013) from Assiut University. In 2019, I earned my Ph.D. from University Malaysia Pahang (UMP), where my research focused on metal oxides for dye-sensitized solar cells.

My research interests include materials science, nanocomposites, solar cell technologies, humidity sensors, and photocatalysis. I have published 20 Scopus-indexed papers (15 also indexed in the Web of Science) and three book chapters, with over 1,281 citations and an h-index of 14.

In addition to my research experience, I have extensive teaching experience in both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
