The WISDOM Rome Conference is two weeks away!

OWSD is proudly announcing that the full programme of the WISDOM Conference "Sustaining Knowledge during Crises: Gender and Displacement in Science" is out today! 

We have a wonderful line-up of presenters from countries such as Yemen, Sudan, Myanmar, Syria, Nigeria, Palestine..many of them with lived experience of displacement who will discuss their research work into the obstacles faced by women trying to continue their scientific work under very challenging circumstances, their resilience and ways to shape host countries' systems to support their efforts.

Hosted at the prestigious Accademia Nazionale dei Lincei in Rome, Italy, on 23-24 April, the Conference is free to attend in person and lunch will be provided. The event will be live-streamed.
