Olusegun Bisola Esther is a passionate science educator and researcher based in Lagos State, Nigeria. She currently lectures at the University of Education, Lagos, where she focuses on improving science teaching and learning through innovative pedagogies and inclusive practices. Her research interests include STEM education, science teacher professional development, gender inclusivity in science learning, and technology-enhanced instruction for sustainable development. Bisola is dedicated to promoting equitable access to quality STEM education and inspiring the next generation of learners to view science as both relevant and attainable.
