Rapid industrialization and urbanization connected to the oil and gas industry and the resultant effect on water and air pollution have drastically affected our environment as industries spew out large volume of pollutants into the atmosphere/environment which result in global warming and climate change. It is imperative that the safety of our environment be vigorously pursued.
