Faith Abimbola BOLUWAJI holds a doctorate degree in Ecotourism and Wildlife Management (Hospitality Management option) from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria. She is at the early career stage. Presently, she is a Lecturer II in the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management, Redeemer’s University, Ede, Nigeria. Her area of research interest includes Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, with particular interest in Ecotourism Management, Sustainable practices and Interconnectedness between Biodiversity Conservation and the Hospitality Industry

Faith Abimbola BOLUWAJI holds a doctorate degree in Ecotourism and Wildlife Management (Hospitality Management option) from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria. She studied Management at the Master's level, specialising in Hospitality and Tourism Management. At the undergraduate level, she studied Hotel and Catering Management. Faith's work experience spans multiple sectors of the hospitality industry. She worked in hotels and served as a catering officer in a hospital, responsible for catering for inpatients. Also, she worked in industrial canteens and university cafeteria. She is well-versed in hospitality. She joined the academic staff in the year 2022 as an assistant lecturer. Presently, she is a Lecturer II in the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management, Redeemer’s University, Ede, Nigeria. She has published articles in her field, and she is currently working on a safe work environment in the hospitality industry. She believes in teamwork and always seeking opportunity to grow,
