About me
I am a passionate educator, artist, and advocate committed to inclusion, neurodiversity, and the transformative power of art. I have a Master's degree in Project Management from UCI (OAS 90% scholarship). I'm currently pursuing another master’s degree in Critical Pedagogies and Socio-Educational Issues at the University of Buenos Aires (MEC-BCIE 100% scholarship, MMEG scholarship).
I hold a Bachelor’s in Business Management (UTH, Magna Cum Laude, 2010) and a Visual Arts Education degree (UPNFM, Magna Cum Laude, 2022), where I received the Francisco Morazán Award. In 2022, I studied Art at Emporia State University as a UGRAD fellow, proudly joining the USAlumni community.
I work as an art teacher at Camino Inclusivo and as a volunteer in Apadea (Asociación Argentina de Padres de Autistas). I’m the creator of ArtEA (Art from the Autistic Spectrum), a program using art as a therapeutic and inclusive tool for autistic individuals. Thanks to this project, I’ve taught art at Centro Inclusivo LUDCA and ESTEX in Honduras promoting creativity in inclusive spaces.
As an autistic woman, I proudly advocate for the rights and dignity of people on the autism spectrum, working to help create a more inclusive and compassionate world. For that reason, I have served as Vice President of the Central Board of the Honduran Association for Autism Support (APO-AUTIS) from 2022 to 2026. I also collaborate with Voces Resilientes Honduras, a movement fighting violence against children and other international organizations such as iDii, La Luz de Frida, ION and LUDCA.

I have a Master's degree in Project Management from Universidad para la Cooperación Internacional (UCI) obtained with a 90% OAS scholarship. I am currently pursuing a master's degree in Critical Pedagogies and Socio-Educational Problems at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, supported by a full MEC-BCIE scholarship, and another one from Margaret McNamara Educational Funds (MMEF) being the first Honduran woman to become one of their ambassadors.
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from UTH, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2010. After that, I also earned a degree as a Visual Arts Educator from UPNFM in 2022, again graduating Magna Cum Laude and receiving the prestigious Francisco Morazán Award for Academic Excellence. In 2022, I was also selected as a UGRAD fellow and studied Art at Emporia State University in the United States, proudly representing my country and becoming part of the USAlumni community.
My professional journey is as diverse as it is impactful. I currently work as an art teacher at Camino Inclusivo, an inclusive school for children with exceptionalities. I am also the creator of ArtEA (Art from the Autistic Spectrum), a groundbreaking program that uses art as a therapeutic tool to promote social, educational, and occupational inclusion for autistic individuals. I have also worked as an art teacher at Centro Inclusivo LUDCA and ESTEX in Honduras. I chose this professional path as an inclusive art teacher because I love bringing creativity and compassion into inclusive classrooms every day.
As an autistic person myself, I proudly identify as a volunteer activist advocating for the rights and dignity of people on the autism spectrum. For that reason, besides working as an art teacher, I also volunteer at Apadea (Asociación Argentina de Padres de Autistas) and I have served as the Vice President of the Central Board of the Honduran Association for Autism Support (APO-AUTIS) for the 2022–2026 term. In addition, I am an Associate Member of the International Organization of Neurodiversity (ION) and I actively participate as a member and co-founder in “Voces Resilientes Honduras”, a movement dedicated to eradicating violence against children. Moreover, I volunteer in other international organizations such as iDii, La Luz de Frida and Resilientes e Inquebrantables.
As a professional eager to keep learning and improving my knowledge, I hold certifications in disability rights, music therapy, art therapy and first aid. I have a diploma for Artistic Promoters (DINIS-020) too, enjoy playing guitar and doing different artistic activities in my free time like: drawing, painting, modelling, origami, quilling paper, and listening to music. I also have abilities in computing, office programs and graphic design.
My work and studies reflect my unwavering commitment to education, inclusion, and human rights, making me a powerful voice in the fields of neurodiversity and arts education, committed to transform the world in a better place for everyone.
