She holds an academic background in International Trade (Morocco), a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée (France), and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Southwest Petroleum University (China). Her interdisciplinary trajectory bridges economic systems, development policy, and field-based rural research.
Beyond her academic work, Hajar actively engages in international academic and intercultural platforms. She was awarded Best Speaker – Live Performance at a provincial forum in Sichuan, China, recognizing her communication and leadership abilities in academic presentation settings.
