About me

Morocco-based project management professional with 11 years of experience at ONCF and a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy and Energy Storage from Mohammed V University in Rabat. My academic work focuses on photovoltaic systems, thermal modelling and energy efficiency. I am also developing ClimateVent AI, a digital demonstrator supporting weather-informed natural ventilation decisions for buildings.

I am a project management professional based in Rabat, Morocco, working at the Moroccan National Railway Office (ONCF) since October 2015. My professional experience covers railway infrastructure projects, building maintenance, technical contract management and stakeholder coordination. I currently work on the valorisation of telecommunications infrastructure.

I hold a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy and Energy Storage from the Faculty of Sciences, Mohammed V University in Rabat, completed in 2026. I also hold a Professional Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Renewable Energy and a University Technology Diploma in Electrical Engineering from EST Berrechid.

My Master’s thesis focused on the thermo-electrical modelling and optimisation of photovoltaic systems coupled with phase change materials under Moroccan climatic conditions. This work involved transient thermal modelling, climate-data analysis and numerical optimisation using MATLAB and Python.

I am developing ClimateVent AI, a digital demonstrator combining weather forecasts and building thermal modelling to identify favourable periods for natural ventilation. The project aims to improve indoor thermal comfort and limit reliance on air conditioning where climatic and building conditions allow. Field validation and the integration of artificial intelligence methods are planned development steps.

In 2024, I received second prize as part of a team at the TrainRail Innovation Hackathon. Through OWSD, I would like to exchange scientific knowledge, contribute to collaborative initiatives in sustainable energy and support the visibility and participation of women in science and technology.
