Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from the University of Veracruz. Xalapa Region. Master's and Doctorate in Biological Sciences from the Autonomous University of Tlaxcala. Diploma in Renal Nutrition, Cristóbal Colón University, and International Certification in Psychonutrition from the Vive Sano University Institute, Brazil. She was a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Neurobiology at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). Member of scientific associations such as the Mexican Society of Biochemistry, Mexican Society of Physiological Sciences, Mexican Association of Nutriology, Endocrine Society, and OWSD. Mentor for the British Council's Women Leaders in STEAM, PAUTA, and Mentors for Science programs. Coordinator of scientific education and professional development within AMENAC Veracruz chapter and co-coordinator of communication for OWSD Mexico Chapter. Co-author of 20 JCR scientific articles and 5 book chapters. Currently Postgraduate Coordinator of the Health Sciences Division at Cristóbal Colón University.
