About me
Postdoctoral researcher in translational oncohematology and experimental pharmacology at the University of São Paulo (USP) and the Instituto do Câncer do Estado de São Paulo (ICESP). Her research focuses on developing innovative therapeutic strategies for acute myeloid leukemia (AML), integrating gene editing technologies (CRISPR/Cas9 and base editing), immunotherapy, and preclinical cancer models. She works on gene-edited hematopoietic and leukemia models to investigate antigen modulation and improve CAR-T cell approaches targeting CD33. She is also co-founder of ICIC International, promoting continuing education and capacity building in oncology and biomedical sciences in Latin America.
