About me
I have a degree in mechanical engineering and am becoming more interested in using technology and data to solve problems in engineering. I know how to use tools like Excel, ERP systems, Power BI, and SQL, and I have worked with inventory management and procurement processes.
I love using both analytical and creative ways to solve problems in the real world, especially in the fields of energy and industry. I'm getting better at things that are in the middle of engineering, data science, and new technologies by always learning.
I am dedicated to helping with sustainable development and making it easier for women to get jobs in science and engineering.
I am a First Class graduate of mechanical engineering from Landmark University, with a strong foundation in engineering principles, analytical thinking, and problem-solving. My academic journey has shaped my interest in applying engineering solutions to real-world challenges, particularly in areas that drive sustainable development.
I have gained experience in inventory management, data analysis, and UI design, allowing me to develop a diverse skill set that combines technical, analytical, and creative thinking. I am proficient in tools such as Excel, ERP systems, Power BI, and SQL, and I enjoy using data to improve systems, support decision-making, and enhance efficiency.
Currently, I am working in the oil and gas industry as a Graduate Trainee, where I am gaining practical exposure to industrial operations and energy systems. This experience has further strengthened my interest in contributing to key global challenges, particularly in renewable energy, sustainable cities and communities, agriculture and food security, and the advancement of technology and artificial intelligence.
I am especially passionate about exploring how engineering and data-driven solutions can be applied to improve energy access, optimize resource use, and support sustainable infrastructure. I am also interested in how emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, can transform industries and create more efficient and resilient systems.
Beyond my professional interests, I enjoy singing, dancing, and watching movies, which allow me to express creativity and maintain balance. I also aspire to travel the world, experience diverse cultures, and broaden my global perspective.
As a woman in engineering, I am committed to continuous learning, growth, and making meaningful contributions to society. Through platforms like OWSD, I hope to connect with a global network of women in STEM, gain mentorship, and contribute to initiatives that empower women while addressing critical global challenges.
