About me

My motivation to pursue a career as a professional microbiologist stems from a strong curiosity about the unseen microbial world and its profound influence on human health, food safety, and the environment. From my early academic training to advanced research, I have been driven by a clear determination to apply scientific knowledge to solve real-world challenges and make a tangible impact on society. I am deeply committed to advancing food quality, minimizing waste, and fostering a healthier environment, goals that reflect both my professional purpose and my sense of responsibility as a scientist.
