Dr. Olanike Catherine Poyi (PhD) is a pharmacist, public analyst, and Lecturer I in the Department of Pharmaceutical and Medicinal Chemistry at the University of Jos, Nigeria. She holds advanced training in pharmaceutical chemistry and computational drug design, with research interests spanning chemoinformatics, molecular modelling, drug–drug and drug–food interactions, and synthetic medicinal chemistry. Dr. Poyi is an active member of several professional bodies and has published widely in peer-reviewed journals. Beyond academia, she combines analytical expertise with entrepreneurship and a passion for baking, tea and coffee culture, gardening, and fashion.
