About me
I am Falana Oluwakemi Florence, a food scientist, researcher and nutritionist in the field of Food Science and Technology. I am a lecturer in the Department of Food Science and Nutrition.
With my experience over the years in the field of Food Science and Technology, I developed analogue local food (pupuru) conversant with the riverine area of Ondo State,Nigeria, as well as functional food from breadfruit, African yam bean, wheat bran and rice bran with the aim of mitigating health related diseases like diabetes. I thought undergraduates courses likewise engaged in administrative works both within and outside my department.
