About me

Food Microbiologist | Food Safety and Biotechnology Advocate

Committed to advancing human health and environmental sustainability through innovative food solutions and waste reduction strategies.

I am a Food Microbiologist with a strong commitment to advancing human health, environmental protection and sustainable industrial practices.
My work is guided by one central belief: safe food and a clean environment are non-negotiable for human well-being.
My core interest lies in leveraging food science, innovation and biotechnology to develop solutions that ensure food safety, reduce foodborne risks and minimize the impact of industrial waste on our ecosystems.

Through research and practical application, I explore how microbes can be harnessed not just to preserve food, but also to drive sustainable solutions in food processing and waste management. I am particularly interested in developing biotechnological innovations that turn challenges like industrial waste into opportunities for better food systems and environmental stewardship.
I am committed to building a future where food is safe, industries are sustainable and our environment is protected.
