About me
I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Cell Biology at the University of Georgia, specializing in undergraduate biology education research. With eight years of experience in STEM education, I analyze and optimize learning systems to build equitable, high-impact environments. Leveraging applied data science (Python, R, MPlus) and mixed-methods research, I translate complex biological and educational data into actionable, evidence-based insights for non-specialist stakeholders. Passionate about bridging the life sciences with organizational strategy, I am actively seeking connections and post-PhD opportunities in consulting and institutional research to drive large-scale, systemic change in the global science education landscape.
