Mrs Tolulope Adebimpe
About me
Tolulope Olubunmi Adebimpe is a Food Science and Technology professional with over 10 years of experience in teaching, food quality management, and research. She holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Food Science and Technology from Obafemi Awolowo University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the same field. Her research focuses on functional foods, alternative protein sources, and food product development. She has published peer-reviewed articles, presented at scientific conferences, and is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology (NIFST) and the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT).
Tolulope Olubunmi Adebimpe is a Food Scientist and Ph.D. candidate at Obafemi Awolowo University. Her research focuses on functional foods and alternative proteins. She has over 10 years of professional experience and has published peer-reviewed research in food science.
