Benin
The Benin National Chapter was established in July 2021 and is hosted at the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) in Cotonou. It provides mentoring for women and girls in STEAM, promotes research collaborations between Beninese women locally and abroad, organizes workshops, trainings, and other activities to improve Beninese women's participation and knowledge in scientific careers, and supports national initiatives that empower Beninese women scientists.
