About me

Civil Engineer graduated in 2002, with training that includes a Master's Degree in Environmental Assessment, a PhD in Research in Civil and Environmental Engineering Sciences from the University of Padua, Italy. I enriched my knowledge through several diploma courses in areas related to environmental sanitary engineering and education. With 25 years of experience in design, construction management, supervision and supervision of pre-investment and investment projects, and public and private post-investment in drinking water and basic sanitation and infrastructure projects, as well as an environmental specialist. I'm currently a research professor in Tarija-Bolivia, with several projects related to environmental sanitation engineering and with several national and international publications with indexation and participation in national and international congresses and symposiums.
