About me

Dr. Princess NWANKWO is a Senior lecturer at the Department of Petroleum Engineering and Deputy Director at the Center for Petroleum, Energy Economics and Law, (CPEEL), University of Ibadan.
With a doctorate degree in Petroleum Engineering from the prestigious Penn State University, USA, she is sufficiently equipped and motivated to drive transformational leadership in the methods of harnessing digital concepts into the teaching and development of topical modules that positively impact on the way Energy concepts and Petroleum Engineering, in particular, are taught, at all levels, at the University of Ibadan.
Driven by passion to positively contribute to actualization of SDG 7, which advocates for equitable and sustainable energy for all by 2030, Dr. Princess Nwankwo is currently spearheading several research efforts to develop differential products and services across a broad renewable energy spectrum at CPEEL, UI, aimed at ensuring access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy by rural underserved communities, in particular.
Dr. Princess Nwankwo is a COREN registered Engineer who advocates passionately for engineering excellence, social justice and gender parity.
Dr Princess Nwankwo is a STEM specialist and entrepreneur.
