Academic Biography
Lebele Owozi Winner is a graduate with a B.Agric degree in Crop and Soil Science and an M.Sc in Plant Science and Biotechnology, specializing in Plant Pathology.
During the B.Agric program, I gained foundational knowledge in crop production, soil fertility, and agronomy. The M.Sc program provided advanced training in plant disease diagnosis, epidemiology, pathogen identification, and disease management strategies. research interests focus on post-harvest diseases of food crops, pathogen diversity, and practical control methods to reduce crop losses and improve food safety.
With a strong background in both crop/soil systems and plant health, I am committed to applied research that supports sustainable agriculture and food security.
