El Capítulo Nacional de OWSD en Ecuador se estableció en febrero de 2021, tiene su sede en la Red Ecuatoriana de Mujeres Científicas, REMCI y hasta el momento cuenta con la participación de 139 socias activas. Nuestros esfuerzos cotidianos están centrados en aumentar la participación de las mujeres ecuatorianas en la ciencia y la tecnología, promover el reconocimiento de sus logros, mejorar la internacionalización de sus carreras científicas y fortalecer la comprensión de la importancia de su participación en el desarrollo de la ciencia y la tecnología del Ecuador.
